Travela Support privacy policy

Travela Support is a Chrome extension made by Travela. Hosts use it to copy their own listings from Airbnb, Booking.com and GoZayaan into Travela, and Travela support agents use it to place calls. This page explains what data the extension handles.

What we collect

Nothing. The extension has no account, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. Travela does not receive any data from the extension on its own servers.

What the extension handles, and where it goes

Listing pages on Airbnb, Booking.com and GoZayaan

When you use the capture tools, the extension reads the listing you are viewing (text and photos) and saves it as a file on your computer. This happens inside your browser.

Phone numbers on the Travela agent panel

When you click a call button, the guest's phone number is passed to Travela's own call-center dialer that you are logged into, so the call can be placed. The extension does not store it.

Send to Claude (optional)

Only when you click "Send to Claude", the listing details are typed into a new chat on claude.ai. That chat is then covered by Anthropic's privacy policy.

Local settings

Small preferences, such as whether the call dock is collapsed, are kept in your browser's local storage. A listing brief is held in session storage for a few seconds while the Claude tab opens.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties. Data is not used for any purpose other than the features described above, and never to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
